So with the help of the users at denofdemons.org, it has been confirmed that Mijn Schatje (aka Marie Blanco Hendrickx) is a big fat lyin' art thief. When confronted with this, she repeatedly denies it, saying she "uses BJDs as models" and understands how they would have similarities while in fact, photos both from doll owners or companies were vector traced and edited to create most or all of her "artwork".
She is a popular artist, being featured in magazines and galleries recently, and selling prints for upwards of $1000.
